TXA127 was safe and well-tolerated in a Phase I clinical safety study in healthy volunteers, and demonstrated a significant improvement (elevation in the number of platelets) compared to control in a Phase I/II dose escalation study in women with breast cancer receiving doxorubicin. The clinical endpoints evaluated platelet levels, in particular the nadir of the platelet count.
TXA127 is currently being evaluated in the following clinical trials.
